Worst property and worst property manager if you’re planning to go. We paid 25k for the beds and they didn’t even provide that after reaching there. We had to adjust in the dorm. And no extra beds were provided.even though we asked. They still made us pay after everything we have been through. They manager was very rude and arrogant. First time seeing such worst hospitality from the manager itself. He was arrogant with everything and everyone. Worst property to visit if you’re planning for a stay with family or friends.

This was one of the best villa, I've ever stayed at. I found the rooms to be very comfortable, the villa was well equipped in all senses. The ever largest private pool in country, and breakfast we had was deliciously homemade. The best part of our stay was the host Sumesh. He did everything to make our stay conformable and memorable, thank you so much Square Villa.. I am not finding more words to write, but I am already looking forward to visit the square villa soon!! The hotel was very well maintained, the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. The cleanliness and the staff are the highlights, even the location is quite close to IIM Kozhikode campus. Would definitely recommend the place.
