They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12pm. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well and the amenities were great. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and available for any needs! I asked for a small bath towel and they gave me a big one without extra charge. Room clean, safe and comfortable, bathroom big and clean. Good location for the new city and for the trail junction. Special thanks to the staff because when I arrived I told them I would have the train the next day at 5:40am, and without my asking at 5am they came to check that I was awake so I wouldn't miss the train!

The manager is very friendly and helpful. The hotel for us was a layover and we had to catch an early train. Since we left before breakfast he organized some toast for us. The room was clean and comfortable. There were three different thali options for dinner and it was very delicious (we only had the veg thali).
