It’s bang on the beach!! Won’t be able to access the beach in the monsoons as the waves are very high and the shore is covered. The beach is just less than 50 m and is accessible. Its a lovely and beautiful villa and me and my friends had a wonderful time here. 3 of the bedrooms are air conditioned and extremely comfortable with attached bathrooms.The kitchen is full of all necessary things to cook for oneself including stove, kettle, vessels, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge, water purifier etc. There is a spacious parking enough for a large suv.
I really enjoyed the little features of traditional kerala architecture in the house, all the wooden features, the beautiful ornate lock on the door etc. There are plenty of places on the property to sit and relax in.
The location is quite good as well, easy to drive from here to Kannur as well as to Thalassery.
Best part is that Sunil is a great and cordial host who is always available to answers questions or help with doubts.
Value for money wise there is absolutely no competition this place is very affordable and comfort for its price.
