The hotel was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The food was good and the hotel is well situated in Duliajan.
Above all, the staff service was exceptional! We have stayed in larger hotels in bigger cities but the service and staff made the stay so enjoyable.
The reception staff were always smiling and efficient. My wife wore a local dress one day and one of the receptionists came out to assist her adjust her dress. The restaurant staff were always courteous too and ready to help. If something was not listed on the menu, they would try to see if they could make it. Would recommend to anyone visiting Duliajan.
