My son and I arrived at Bloomfield and we loved our stay there. It is much better than staying in town. The centre of Darjeeling is very noisy and Polluted. Bloomfield is only 15 minutes to the centre but its a different world. Its full of flowers with clean fresh air and a wonderful view of Kanchengjunga. We had a room with view over mountains and the staff were the nicest I have ever met in any hotel. They were so kind even bringing food to our balcony. They light a bonfire every night so you can sit outside in the nature. The grow organic vegetable on site and serve them in their home cooked meals. A wonderful experience.

I can only describe this hotel in superlatives. We were greeted with hot tea and very professional staff members upon check-in. Our room had a fantastic view over the surrounding hills, including the Kanchenjunga. We had water and tea-making amenities in the room. The hotel is quite cold during winter, so wear your jacket in the common areas, but the room was well-heated with a radiator and felt very cozy. It was spacious, with an upper deck where the bed and the bathroom were and a lower deck close to the windows with a social area to enjoy the view. The food in the restaurant was terrific, and so was the service. Altogether, we had an unforgettable experience and will likely come back, despite Darjeeling being several days of travel time from our home.

Had a great time spending of my life ❤️ Our room was awesome with beautiful view of Kanchanjanga & whole Darjeeling town. Bathroom was specious, clean, hygiene & hot water supply was also there. The homemade food prepared by Bhabhi was really delicious and their hospitality was touched our heart. All members of their family - Shijal bhai, Manisha bhabhi & Aunty always trying to satisfy the requirements of the guests. They are so polite, helpful and cooperative in nature. When I booked my stay here, I expected it to be like any other hotel, but I was taken by surprise. The hospitality provided by this hotel was more than I had expected. The rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. We can see the entire Kanchenjunga range from the hotel. This is a family-owned business so guests are taken extra care of. Lots of complimentary tea and snacks are provided by the owners who personally make sure your stay is super comfortable and better than expected. They respond to you very quickly and make sure everything is up to the mark. Such a high level of care and service for such a low price cannot be found anywhere else. This is the best property to stay at while traveling to Darjeeling.
