Breakfast was excellent and served in the conservatory each morning. The view was exceptional from the breakfast room and from the bedroom. Adela was very friendly and helpful to us during our stay. We even had a music session on Sunday morning with Adela's grandson who's an excellent piper.

Adela, the Proprietor, is so kind. She made us feel so welcome. The view and location are wonderful. It is a very pleasant 10 minute walk into town.

Loved the view of the harbour and bridge. Adela was a fantastic host, a really lovely lady. There was a lovely timber fire burning when we arrived, and the house had everything we needed, including towels. The upstairs bedrooms had a lovely balcony with fantastic views! Beds were very comfy, and the shower was lovely and warm! We loved it and will be back.

This was a gem of a place. We arrived after a long day of cycling and were quite tired and hungry. The setting was in a the quaint village of Union Hill and unfortunately the local pubs were not open for that day. Julie, the host, drove us to a nearby town for dinner, and picked us afterwards. She was also so kind as to throw our bike clothing into the wash. Her breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of items.
