Breakfast was delicious (eggs benedict) definitely recommend. The location was great for us but parking is either on the street or a public car park a few yards down from the Coachman's Inn. Michael the Manager met us on arrival, gave us a welcoming drink, while we waited to be checked into our room. Thank you Michael. Bedroom spotless, very comfy bed. Would stay again if in this area.
Gleeson's is a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size with great facilities and the restaurant and cafe serve great food and drink. The staff are extremely helpful and really looked after us. There is a small car park belonging to the hotel but there is ample parking anyway either in front or in a large free public car park which you can access on foot from the rear of the hotel. We will come back in the future!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bar area was cosy and had a traditional feel. The Guinness was well served and tasty. Our room was clean and comfortable. The en suite shower room was spacious and the towels were clean and fresh - quite new, probably. We parked on the street outside the hotel although there was parking nearby. The room had a TV and Wi-Fi available with tea/coffee making facilities (not used).
Great location in the heart of town and a good base for touring around. Right next door to the tourist office. Free street parking out front and a hotel car park at the rear should cover you. Great restaurant in the hotel obviously popular with locals
Great location for Roscommon. You are right in the centre and lots of restaurants and activities can be reached on foot (some literally within 60 seconds). There was amble free parking, this is secured at night. You can access the car park via a code that is provided, but you also know that your car is secure. Good breakfast and really lovely staff.
