I stayed as a solo traveller, I ate in the bosun bar food was beautiful & portion were super sized. The bedroom was spacious & perfectly clean. The heating was on and the room was cosy warm. I overslept and missed breakfast, the bed was so comfortable the chef asked if I wanted breakfast but unfortunately I had to go, I will be back soon as I will be travelling for work again. I am delighted I chose the bosun, it’s a home away from home comfort, service with a warm welcome, looking out directly onto cork harbour towards cobh. Just beautiful

A truly beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, modern and extremely comfortable. Walking distance to the town center and a stones throw from the harbour. Our host is the most generous and welcoming person we have ever come across. Highly recommended. One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

Also if going on Google maps make sure you type in The Bosun Monkstown as maps first option was a place in the Center of Cork City ( the bosun monkstone ) !!
Location and parking are great. The room was well equipped, and the view out over the bay was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the bar was excellent. Always get the breakfast that's really quick and tasty.

it is a nice small hotel in lovely harbor town but make sure you get/book a nice room as I didn't get very lucky here.
As already mentioned, Nice location next to the bay with good restaurant on site. Breakfast was also very good. Loved the body wash and shampoos as well. The staff was really friendly. Free parking just across the street is also a bonus.
