Wood stove was well stocked for the two nights we stayed. Little extra things like milk bread and biscuits were thoughtful. Host sent plenty of tips of local amenities. The mountains themselves were very beautiful.

We absolutely loved our time here. It was the exact peaceful and relaxing countryside stay we hoped for. With no one else around, the kids could play with their new Irish whistles to their hearts content while the adults escaped from the 'music' to the sunroom with coffee/wine. The house was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable.

The owner , Paudie , met us upon arrival. He was super nice and friendly. Very welcoming. We slept better here than anywhere we stayed in Ireland. It was quiet and very clean. It felt like home. Its a couple miles off the main road, but very easy driving even in dark. The owners put alot of pride and effort in every detail and being organized. We would love to stay longer than one night if ever we travel to this area of Ireland again.

Catherine and her home was exceptional- I took my mom on a trip around Ireland and this was one of our favorite places we stayed. The home cooked meal for breakfast was top notch!
