My husband and I stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law and their three children in August. All of the adults and children loved the house which was comfortable, very clean and well equipped for cooking family meals - essential when travelling with children.
There are two bathrooms with showers which worked and reduced pressure in the morning and after days at the beach.
The house is a short walking distance from Londis and approximately 1 mile / 1.6 km from the beach, Kelly's Hotel deli, restaurants and bar, Centra shop, pharmacy, Chinese and Thai takeaway, ice-cream and coffee shops. It's a quiet neighbourhood without a lot of nighttime noise and felt safe. There is adequate off street parking space for two cars alongside the house.
Bridget, the owner is friendly and approachable. When we got stuck on how to use appliances which are different from our own she responded very promptly to messages.
If returning to Rosslare I would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

I was leaving prior to the breakfast service provided but the staff kindly packed me up some pastries and a take away coffee.

The room was spacious, nicely furnished and quiet. The personal welcome was lovely and the breakfast we ordered as an extra to the room was conveniently early from 6:30 am so that we could catch the ferry.

We thought that the room as well as the public spaces were spacious and clean. The location, just minutes away from the ferry port, is especially convenient. We admired the host's involvement with the Lifeboat programme.
