Everything! I can't recommend enough. The guesthouse was spotlessly clean. Towels in abundance, cosy beds and the added extras of milk in the fridge and chocolate bars to munch on. They provided board games too for the cosy nights in and not to mention, communication, and ease of access was second to none.
