Absolutely beautiful little cottage in the country. It was definitely a home away from home. Fantastic heating for the cold nights. Every appliance and cookery item needed was provided for i the kitchen. It was great to have a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and the doona was warm and fluffy. truly excellent location. We loved the ocean view, the very remote location, and the magical charm of the 100 year old cottage that was lovely and tasteful renovated. It also has a wonderful winter garden with a great view. We also enjoyed the very clear night sky, it was good to finally see the milky way again. But even when it rained so hard that you could cut the rain with scissors, it was a great experience. We also enjoyed NOT having a TV for a week!

We had a great time here, Damian and Mary are very kind. The apartment is very large and comfortable, with a garden and a breathtaking view on the bay, surrounded by flowers and nature. The kitchen is well equipped (we always had dinner at home). And Masies reminded me that sometimes happiness is just as easy as playing ball with a friend.

We arrived fairly late in the evening, around 9:15pm or so, and our hosts popped over within a couple of minutes to welcome us. Very warm and friendly folk. They already had a fire going in the fireplace, and the cottage was all ready for us. The inside was very well furnished and comfortable, with a bedroom downstairs, a living room, dinette, kitchen with all the amenities and a bathroom with a washer dryer combo. My son stayed in the really cool attic bedroom. Plenty of attractions, restaurants and other fun things to do were printed in their guide book. This cottage would be a delight for a couple wanting to get away, or for a small family. I would definitely stay there again.

I loved the location, no light pollution so on a clear night the stars are stunning. The cottage is well equipped and was pleasantly surprised how warm it was. At night with the lights on is very comfortable and relaxing.

It’s a lovely apartment in a lovely setting couldn’t be nicer really and Stephanie was a wonderful host and very accommodating with my request about washing my linen and towels in fragrance free detergent she was a very warm and friendly host and just a nice nice setting
