Everything was great! Brigitte was a very welcoming host right from the moment we arrived, prompting herself to give us all the tips and suggestions earned through several years of travelling all across Ireland. At the same time, as soon as you walk in the living room you can’t possibly miss the million dollar view from the big window right to the bay, which you can stare at for hours while enjoying some hot tea by the fireplace.

Brilliant location for us and while the weather was on our side I dont think it matters as the cottage is amazing in a brilliant location just outside Ardara with some amazing views. John and his family were super welcoming on our arrival and even had scones and treats waiting ! We also got the low down on the best areas in the vicinity before they departed. We went to beaches during the day like Portnoo only a couple mins away in a car or locally there is Maghera. We also did some sightseeing in our car and there is plenty to see ! The town itself is what you expect from a country town with some nice places to eat and drink. All in all it was one of my favourite stays in Ireland !

The lady meet us on arrival we where a bit late. We opened the door into the living room a blazing fire a sight to see. The scenic Drives where amazing really enjoyed everything about our Christmas get away. No faults what so ever. The owners where brilliant nothing was to much although we didn't need anything.

it was very clean and tidy. There was breakfast stuff in fridge plus milk and bread. Instant hot water when switched on. Liked separate kitchen and living room. Hosts are friendly and great communication. The town is less than a mile away and taxi handy if you want a drink.
