This is a fabulous huge house and Patrick is a wonderful and friendly host. You are close to Oldcastle and it’s amenities but tucked away so have your privacy. It’s is exceptionally well equipped and has everything you will ever need for a comfortable holiday. It’s great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Lots of information provided also for things to see and do in the area and further afield. All our group loved our stay and would highly recommend Glenboy country accomodation.

Exceptional place to stay, beautiful little studio apartment, very private, lots of parking space. Well equipped for all needs. Lovely little touches like tea/coffee/milk. From the moment we arrived when Maria greeted us outside after parking our car, we had great experience at the Streete Retreat. Her and Joe are a great couple who are the epitome of old fashioned Irish hospitality. Lovely room, super breakfast (well done Joe). Very peaceful and tranquil house in a very quiet village. Will be back.
