The apartment is spacious, in a quiet residential area and on the ground floor so easy in and out and in case of any guest who wants to smoke they can use the living room door to get out. Heating system worked well thus we did not face any issues with hot water or radiators.

It might be quite cramped for two if hauling much luggage.
