You think this location is out in the sticks, well it may not be in the town but it is a great spot for visiting nearby cities and attractions in 2 counties. Despite being located on a main road into Wexford, the rooms are quiet and the food in the pub is good. Dogs are accommodated at no extra charge.

Pauline the host was very welcoming and friendly, offered welcome coffee and carrot cake and attended to all and every need. Good location off the main road, good parking facilities and quiet. Great shower. NB: make sure to engage shower power by pulling on a pull switch, otherwise only trickle.

The setting of Marsh Mede is from tv series for Australians from a far. It has a beautiful outlook on to an inlet with a short walk to a pub for dinner. Claire, the hostess, regularly checked if everything was to our liking. Bfast was one of our best in our trip- fresh fruit and salmon and eggs superb.
