This cottage was amazing. The welcome basket of goodies amazed us, and we loved everything in it. It was easy to contact the owner, the setting was idyllic, the beds were comfy, the TV was easy to use, the washer and dryer were straightforward and it was a plus to also have an outside line to hang laundry - there was absolutely nothing we thought "I wish we had that here". Basically, 15 stars out of 10!!!!!

This was EXACTLY what we needed for our large family the house and the location was amazing. I have family in Belmullet so I am familiar with the area but if you are not and would like a little retreat this is the spot! Cant say enough about it and the host was so accommodating and nice and even return so left behind items to us. We are back there in October for a wedding in the Broadhaven Bay hotel and this is a prime location to get to the hotel and into the town but also in the middle of no where best of 2 worlds and I can not wait to return

The views were spectular. The house was cosey and lovely. All of the pictures made the place seem like we were at home. There were alot of places to visit like westport, ballycastle and belmullet that had a festival and amusements and also golf courses for the men. There were alot of beautiful places to walk and also beaches. The lake is such a beautiful view from the house. I would definitely 100% recommend and would definitely visit again. The host fiona was so lovely and so helpful and we were in contact before the holiday and everything was so easy.
