Anne is an exceptional host. She has an eye for detail with wipes and facecloths provided for makeup removal and an array of toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was next level with local produce and homemade wonders like breads muffins jams. My husband was feeling slightly delicate that morning and she changed his breakfast order no problem. You can tell she loves making people happy. The house is gorgeous both inside and out with an old world charm. We were at a wedding in Ballymagarvey and it was only a short walk across the road. I can't say enough good things and I would happily stay again for the breakfast and warm welcome alone.

Couldn't have had a warmer welcome to Ireland! Donal was so incredibly frie
ndly and helpful (and greeted me with a very welcome whisky!) and Diesel is probably the cutest dog this side of the Irish Sea. A lovely, warm, clean place to stay. The bed was super comfy, and room exactly as advertised (sloping ceilings were totally fine for me but might be a little tricky if you have mobility issues or are v tall). Highly recommend as a friendly and comfy place in a lovely town.

The breakfast was excellent, with a very wide choice, including cooked, cereals including porridge (a huge bowl!), white or wholemeal toast. Also soda bread, jam, muffins (plain or blueberry) - all home made by Seamus. Hospitality was second to none. Seamus couldn't do enough for us, including information, booking a taxi etc. Room had two double wardrobes with hangers, and dressing gowns provided.
The location in Bryanstown is residential and very quiet, with quick bus or taxi transport into the centre of Drogheda.

We had the disabled access room with an suite. The bed was very comfortable and could be lowered on raised or tilted to suite Ideal for a disabled person. This b&b has a secure car park.
