modern and well kept hotel. All the areas I saw were clean and in excellent order. all the staff were friendly and professional. The room we had was in the residence side of the facilty and was like a self catering appt, with cooking facilities, if you needed them, a washing machine and dishwasher. There was a small sofa and table and chairs along with a large moveable wall mounted tv. The bathroom and toilet was a good size, modern and in good order. The room was nice and quiet with infrequent noise from other rooms noticed. The hotel is located in Ballsbridge, which is a nice area about a 10 minute stroll down a nice riverside pathway to Lansdowne Road DART station and a 10 min ride from there to Dublin centre, The area has several good eateries, shops and Herbert Park. I would happily stay in this area again if back in Dublin There is an underground car park on site at 15 euro/day.

I didn’t get breakfast due to incompetence of you staff I had a hospital as did another guest ,I booked a taxi at 6 o’clock the previous evening and when I came down the next morning and asked how would I identify my taxi I was told oh we can’t guarantee one at least I had a car but I felt so sorry for the other guest poor woman was going to Blackrock for an operation .I was going to the Beacon for an operation ,the point in me staying there was not to get stressed.Your decor is disappointing beds and pillows dreadful.Stayed in the Clayton previous week ,Taxi was on time and they identified me by my room number ,I suggest you go there to see how to manage a hotel .Young girl on reception on the morning of the 24/9/24 had no compassion for me or the poor lady that was left stranded and I hope didn’t miss her operation due to incompetence by your staff.Never again
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
