Breakfast was superb, better than most.
It was unacceptable that the restaurant was not available. The restaurant wasn’t open. There was a booked out pop up restaurant in town. Something wasn’t right.
The 12 noon check out was also excellent.
A haven of relaxation, this contemporary hotel and leisure centre is located on the outskirts of Waterford city centre and just 15 minutes away from Waterford Airport.

Wonderful hotel, staff and facilities, hotel room prices have become too expensive. Only fir it being a special occasion, regrettably we wouldn't have paid over 300 euro for 2 nights

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was freshly cooked and tasted good. The weather was kind so we could sit outside in the well looked after garden overlooking the sea

The first thing we liked was that the ferry we were on was 5 hours later docking due to the bad weather we phoned the B&B to let them know and what time we hoped to arrive, they said they would leave the front door open and the instructions to find our room and the key, but when we got there the door was locked so we phoned again and the owner came down to let us in wearing a navy blue dressing gown and blue stripped pjs he was so nice told us were to find the tea and coffee items etc that was so close to our lovely room with views over the sea inlet and highland cow's and a young one with a sheep.
