Staff were very friendly and overall the hotel was clean and bright. The pool was lovely and warm enough for our baby. There were little fairy doors on every floor which was really cute. There were crunchies in our room on arrival which was much appreciated after a long drive! A travel cot was provided though we didn’t use it as our baby was too young for the one provided. We were also provided with a fridge which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was close to a large shop which was convenient.
