An Charraig Ban was convenient to Ardara for an evening meal. I'd recommend a visit to Assaranca Waterfall and a drive through the nearby Glengesh Pass (towards Ardara from Glencolumbkille direction). The host was very accommodating, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the continental breakfast was great. I'd happily return if travelling in that area again.

irene has been great host, despite having many guests to juggle she always makes times to check in with you. I apprecite her knowlege of the area and the sights to see etc. The breakfast are superb especially the homemade porridge was lovely with fruits or you can have full irish breakfast as an option too. she is always on hand for anything you need. she has been super helpful and its been great experience overall.

The barn is a great place to stay and although you are in the town you weren’t disturbed by any noise. It has a well equipped kitchen. A lovely fire stove. 2 lovely bedrooms upstairs and a shower room. Access to a front garden and off street parking.

A beautiful view of Ardara mountains.
Excellent location not far from the center, beautiful large fully equipped apartment, large bedroom and living room, clean, fully adequate, well equipped, very sympathetic owner. Parking in the parking lot next to the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the size is sufficient even for a longer stay. The only minor drawback is the exhaust hood from the Asian kitchen to the parking lot, so it's a good idea not to stay too long in the parking lot.
Absolutely loved this little apartment in the centre of Ardara, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Apartment was spotless and we had a really comfortable stay the weather was amazing which made it all the better. In addition to the apartment there is also a communal seating area to chill out on those hot days and secure parking on the ground floor.
We used this as a base to travel about various parts of Donegal. We did not need to contact Margaret for anything as everything was just perfect.
John is a great host. We loved the house, our room was nice, very spacious with comfy bed, plus the view is beautiful. Breakfast has a good choice and is cooked very well. Free parking on site. Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from restaurants and pubs.
