Accessibility, everything you wanted or needed was in or around the hotel, I paid for breakfast included and that also didn't disappoint, many choices from Western foods to more local foods. The staff, eventhough their English was a little lacking tried their best and were pretty friendly to us. I didn't make use of the laundry service as I had someone else around to help me out with this, but I was very glad to know it is a possibility, perhaps next time I can make use of it. There's two restaurants in the hotel, a Japanese one and one that just like breakfast offered a wide variety of foods. The food was very tasty and I would recommend it to many people around. Long story short, my general experience was great and you can definitely expect to see me again.
