Beautiful place! Gorgeous view, the nicest staff. We felt truly at home! We loved the area right by Sekumpul waterfall. If you stay in a local accommodation you don’t need a guide to see the waterfall and enter at a discounted price of 30,000 rather than 150-250K. I’d come back in a heart beat! We miss it already! By far our best experience in Bali! We feel nourished physically and emotionally by our stay there. As soon as we arrived and Dekha met us on his scooter at the end of the lane we felt so welcomed by his genuine warmth and smile, that continued throughout our stay from both him and Suny. The homestay is quiet, the nature stunning and it feels like paradise after the busy south. The food Suny made for us was exceptional - every meal was freshly made with ingredients picked from the garden - the fruit from the trees was so delicious too. Worth coming here even just for the food 😉 but also Dekha took us on a one day tour we will always remember - a tour to hike to the magical waterfalls (the hidden one was the best for us!) whilst also meeting local people, visiting a farm, learning about Lontar and seeing stunning views. And whilst we were in awe of our surroundings he also took great photos for us! The natural rock formed water slide was fun too ☺️ We were touched how deeply Dekha cares about the environment and his village. We loved our stay, it’s true what they say, you arrive as strangers and leave as friends! We highly highly recommend this stay, you will not regret it! ☺️

The Mandhasativa Homestay was a very nice location. It was our second time there and we would go there again. Its a quiet place in the nature with an amazing view. I had a fantastic stay here. Great, remote location. Beautiful gardens on the property. Can walk nearby the property through rice terraces. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. You can rent motorbikes here which are great for getting around the area. The food here is delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There was air conditioning. The beds were comfy. I recommend staying here!!

This place was just great, especially compared to the other typical hotels on Bali. It’s simply but very well designed, all facilities were working perfectly well. Nice cafe with local food only though. Super friendly staff who allowed allowed us to keep our bags after check out while we were at the waterfall. Note that you can get a hotel guest pass to Sekumpul waterfall to pay for the ticket only 30k and no need for the guide.

The property is located in such a gorgeous area, very close to the Sekumpul waterfalls. It is only a few minutes scooter ride to get to most of the main attractions. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and you felt right at home! Food was also delicious, very authentic Indonesian options as well as some western options

The best view to jungle, mountain, ocean!!! Good road to hotel. Very big own terrace on second floor with table, chairs, sofa, water cooler. Cheap food in hostels Cafe. Clean room and bed. 500m, easy walking to waterfall. Owner give me id-card for entering to waterfall - so my enter cost 70.000, not 300-400.000 near the ticket office. It's great deal!!! After check out owner gift me herbal tea! Highly recommended!!!!
