Elsa ar the reception was amazing. We reserved 2 rooms without being able to choose connected rooms. She gave us connected rooms after arriving there. Our daughter has some issues with her tummy due to some food from another place. They were very helpful in making the food exactly as we requested for her. During the night she puked in bed, the cleaning staff was very helpful with cleaning the bed and the room. The place is bussines oriented, but it is also a great option for an overnight stay as it is close to the airport. We couldn’t go outside to visit because the pollution index was very high and our daughter is sensitive, but the hotel is also close to the old Dutch city and pretty close to the port…. From what I saw from the grab.

The room had all the essentials (safety box, tv, good shower) Card entry to elevator security. The way to Terminal3 is complicated and distant so it was nice to be able to rely on the competent and helpful shuttle driver.
