the reception is really nice. although he can not speak well english,.but he is trying to communicate with digital translation. the door is open at 8 in the morning, but i need to catch the train next early morning, the guy gets up very early call me to wake up and waits for me until I got the grab motorbike to the train station.

The staff were friendly enough, couldn't speak english much but that is perfectly OK, communication was not a problem. The shower was ok also. Some free water and biscuits were provided each day and there was a water container outside for people to refill.

Location next to Grand City mall. Our family got upgraded The bed is very large and comfortable (2 king bed!), our kids love it. Close to train station also. They have fried chicken restaurant and art gallery near the dining area.

Convenient, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful - we left our bags with them on the last day and they tagged them and kept them safe. Water dispensers on each floor were really helpful!
