The hotel has a great location because while having a private beach area which takes 2 minutes to get to from your room by using the cute spiral staircase at the end of the terrace (where you can have breakfast (highly recommend to pay extra for it, worth it!)/lunch (very reasonably priced compared to the prices in the city, since the food is priced on the higher-side in general there I would say)/dinner with an incredible view of the sea), it also has some tables right in front of the beach and you get free access to the beach beds as guests of the hotel
This place is perfect to have a chill weekend to take care of your mental&physical health and you can also explore the city center because a bus station that takes you there is just 3 minutes away by foot (it takes around 30 minutes by bus to get to the city, but you can also always just order an uber (they are not expensive at all there) and be there in quicker), so you can wake up, have a lovely breakfast and go on guided tours to kayak/paddle at night (44 euros), to see the national parks with waterfalls (15-45 euros), to got the the nearby island town Bol and so on (check the ferries schedule)!
What is also worth mentioning is that it is a family owned business and everyone was so nice to us! They were always answering any concerns we had and honestly, it is the little things that make the experience and show you that the hosts care about you and we definitely felt it<3
If you are cold there is an AC there that has a heating mode, if you are cold you can use it to cool down, you also get daily cleaning as a nice bonus
All in all, definitely would visit again!
P.S. it is quite romantic, perfect for couples/honeymoon vacation (and there we were with my friend playing uno ahahah and jumping around in the water)

Our stay at Lavica Seaside Apartments was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were truly caring, addressing any requests we had immediately and always with a smile on their faces.
Both the Lavica Bellevue studio apartments and the Lavica Seaside apartments were immaculate. Everything was clean, and the staff changed towels and took out the trash every two days. They were even more than willing to assist us with extra cleanings if we simply messaged them.
The position of the apartments is fantastic, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional, making our getaway truly memorable. We can't recommend Lavica Seaside Apartments highly enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great location - right on the beach with an air-conditioned room. Safe, shady off-street parking. A table was always available for every guest, as well as everything you need for the beach like deck chairs and large umbrellas. A nice selection of bars and restaurants in the area and with a decent grocery store 2 minutes walk away. There are easy bus connections to Split or Omiš and surrounding towns if you don't feel like driving.
Definitely a great place for a self-catering beach holiday, with ample fridge and storage space.

everything is new and good quality, nice swimming pool, friendly staff - we got great recommendation for a local olive oil, underground parking lot is a relief form sun when you need to drive your car. Close to Omis, where you can enjoy some extreme sports! Really nice beach with literally no people, beautiful sunset point, nice restaurant in the complex. great chill.
