Hotels with Parking in Brajkovići

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Casa Alice. The property was amazing, as were all the staff, the breakfasts and the location. We would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a property just outside of Rovinj town centre

The accommodation was very nice and clean, especially the bathroom, and they had refreshments and water in the fridge for us. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen and we were given capsules. The beds are huge and comfortable. The Cubi beach is about 6 minutes away, the centre 25-30 minutes. Gas station and shopping centre 25 minutes away by car. The staff was nice. Parking was easy to find.

Amazing property and a very welcoming staff - lovely place and very good local food

Carmen is a very caring host with a lot advice to offer. The room was very well equipped and comfortable.

Gabrijela is the most amazing host. We got a taxi from Pula Airport and she met us as soon as we arrived. Nothing was any trouble for her, we do not drive but it was no problem for her to take us shopping and she even took us to the bus station. The apartment is nice, there was 3 of us in ours and we had plenty space. The pool area is lovely, there were 2 other families there but a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves. There is also a terrace outside the apartment where you can eat or have a drink in the evening. There are bikes you can use for free and I loved using those to cycle to some of the nearby beaches and the old town. There is also a washing machine in the apartment to use too. It is very quiet, it is 30 minutes walk to town so no passing traffic or tourists, there are also a couple of restaurants and bars on the wat to town that are very good and cheaper than going into the Old Town, Restaurant Dario was our favourite.

The room was excellent, amazing views from the balcony, nice and modern interior, great airconditioning, super comfy bed very clean. The location is nice as well, close to the center. Convinient parking near the house. The owners are the friendliest people we've ever met, they gave us good tips of where to go and what to see, we had an amazing stay, 10/10!thank you <3

The owner is an incredibly kind and caring woman. The room and the service was perfect! We had free breakfast that was so nice. I HIGHLY recommend and for sure will come back if I’ll be in Rovinj again <3

The apartment was wonderful - spotlessly clean with everything we needed, and in an amazing location, around 20 minutes walk from the centre overlooking the port and all the restaurants and bars. We arrived before check in time but it was no problem to leave our luggage there so we could wander around and get something to eat. Check in was easy and the lady (‘Bella - beautiful’ as the apartment name, which I think hides a beautiful story behind this Apartment’s) and her husband were so lovely and helpful. They gave us a couple of beaches recommendations as there were a few to choose from in the surrounding area. I'd highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book it again if we visit Rovinj in the future.

The decoration style reminds me of the mainstream decoration style in China in the 1990s, bringing back a lot memories. The hostess is very enthusiastic and seems to be the main person in charge of reception, with her phone number being the one left for contact. When checking in, she happened to be out, so the host, a very serious uncle, came to receive us by ringing the doorbell. He has his own set of principles and rules. For example, he would point out very seriously that this table belongs to this room, and that table belongs to that room. Another example is that we booked two apartments, and when he introduced the first one, he only allowed the people staying in the first apartment to enter, while the others had to wait outside. This would be considered impolite in China, which I find quite amusing, but I believe it's his own insistence. He has his own passage to get up and downstairs, so when moving from one room to another, he would take his own path and let us go outside. This reminds me of Madame Zhou in "Shantaram" For me, it's very amusing, but I would suggest to the host that when receiving guests from the East in the future, he should not do this, as it might be acceptable in the West but could make people feel not very warm in the East. Finally, the host would very carefully introduce how to operate each device in the room, making me think he is a Virgo. In fact, this is completely unnecessary, as there is nothing particularly special about the devices in the room, and basically anyone living in modern civilization would know how to use them. Other than that, there is nothing else to say. We only stayed for one night, arrived late and left early, and the comfort of the room is super. Due to time constraints, we did not try breakfast, but everyone says it's good, so I think it should be quite nice.

A nice change from a hotel room. Very relaxing and not too far from town if you have a car. Breakfast in a basket each morning a lovely touch. 10-15 minute walk to beach. Staff were extremely helpful. Facilities to wash clothes was a bonus.
