It was a terrible experience overall. The location is obscure and 3 separate taxis could not get us there. The place was VERY dirty and a random glass open enclosure in the middle of the living room made it feel very unsafe

The location was good and close to the Airport. My host was so amazing and helpful. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He even helped me with my luggage! The roof top was a nice area to hang out and good view of Zona 4. Arranged an Airport Taxi for me as well.

I liked everything- the staff at the front desk I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who received me at the hostel in the morning. I had run into issues with my flight out of Guatemala at 5 am and returned to Guatemala City feeling anxious and sad and the way he helped me settle down, offered me breakfast (although I was only checking in at 3 pm that day), got a room cleaned up earlier and allotted me so I could have some rest. I will not forget his help all my life. I found my dorm clean, the kitchen is well equipped and clean, the breakfast is good, the place is in a good location. I slept well the bed was comfortable
