Lovely apartments outside Kissamos, in a few minutes driving. The port where boat trips starts from to Balos and Gramvousa is also two minutes driving distance. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large enough, clean and tidy. It has a small terrace with view to the sea. There is a pool, with comfortable sunbeds and shady chairs. Our hosts are very kind and helpful, supporting us in all demands, even providing us small delicacies.

The apartment is located at the end of Kissamos resort, about 1.5 km from its center. Parking is provided in front of the building. The location is very modern, fully furnished and equipped, with new appliances, air conditioning, two TVs, you practically don't miss anything. Nektarios is the perfect host for a stay in this part of the island. We were greeted with fresh fruit and a very tasty cake, and during our stay we received other goodies. I think it is the perfect location to visit the beaches of Balos, Falassarna and Elafonisi.

Sea view on three sides...where else can you get that? Room was as promised, sea front view, great, superb view from balcony, bed or sofa. Room was spotless, bed, bathroom very confortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Probably best location in Kissamoss. And for sure the place to come back.

Great location (close to Falassarna Beach, surrounded by nature, quiet) and outstanding hospitality! Panos is the best host you will ever meet. He welcomed us with drinks and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed our conversations with him!

I LOVE everyone there - George (the owner), his family, pets and of course Anna (the housekeeper). She cooked the best breakfast in the whole Crete. She has love in her eyes and you can feel like in your home <3 P.S. please, when you'll finish to eat the meal prepared by Anna, help her to clean the table. She has a lot of work during the tourist season :D

Perfect place, perfect location, just 2min to the nearest beach, 10min to the center of Kissamos. Room was spacious and spotless, kitchenette fully equiped. The pool was super clean. Very kind and helpful owner. I really loved this place :) Efharisto para poli!

Besides the comfort of the rooms and the affable staff, we particularly enjoyed the location. The hotel is at one side of a small bay, which is somewhat protected from the winds. This allowed us to do one of our favorite activities: to swim some distance without swallowing a lot of water. The pool also worked well one day when it was windy. The sitting area above the beach and next to the bar is a great place to spend time. We suspect that families with children would especially enjoy the location.
