The apartment was almost perfect. The kitchen had everything you may need and maybe even more. Everything is perfectly clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The beach (a really nice one, btw) is just a 3 minutes drive downhill. You can also walk down there but it will require some effort to get back as the apartment is located pretty high. The name is Παραλία Αγία Παρασκευή. Mind, however that there is no shower there and no change rooms. The bed was superb. There is even a common washing machine downstairs. The owner is nice and friendly but unfortunately speaks only German, Greek and Polish as I was told. No English. But in spite of that we still managed to communicate somehow, so communication was not a big problem. After all the apartment was really nice so I'll definitely recommend. The one we stayed at consisted of a living room combined with a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom and a balcony with a marquis sunshade. Free parking is right near the apartment. The nearby town of Perdika is also really nice with moderate prices at the local super market and nice tavernas. I especially liked the one with the parrot. The name is "Avli". Prices were moderate, service and food were perfect.

Our stay was incredible! Beautiful and modern style hotel, spacious rooms. Delicious food in restaurant. Since checkin we was amazed by hotel employees, who made everything to make our stay just perfect! Consider to rent a car, as you can see many beautiful beaches and towns nearby. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic, its super clean and comfortable. The views are amazing and very close to the beach. Elisabeth was the lady who waited for us and she was ever so nice. I was impressed with the little things like the colorful straws and the hairdryer with a diffusor for curly hair. I know it may sound funny but for a family with little kids the straws were a life saver :). We were glad that they had a washing machine and the bathroom was a very nice size too. the mosquito nets on every window and door were so useful. We will come back to this place as the price was also very reasonable.too and the views to die for. The property is very close to Perdika a lovely little village with plenty of bars and restaurants. We also discovered a perfect beach for kids, Arilla Beach, about 5 min drive from this property. Thank you Elisabeth from the 4 of us.

We had an amazing stay at syvota seascape. The whole complex is well thought out with the individual villas and apartments well arranged, beautiful flowers and bushes everywhere and tasteful interiors. The view and the beach are also wonderful. We were upgraded to one of the villas with a private pool and enjoyed this very much. The host (Helen) was always helpful and quickly reacted to any requests. There is no breakfast buffet included but they filled the refrigerator and a welcome basket with everything we needed (and even refilled it).

A small complex of three buildings stops any feelings of overcrowding. The staff are wonderful and more like friends. There are three quite different beaches within 3 minutes walk.

It's a beautiful place close to Sivota downtown. Comfort beds, every day cleaning. The snack bar is offering perfect options for lunch or cocktails on the beach.
