This is a very special place in the Mani created by the owner and his family and the personal touch ( advice and local tips) was excellent.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is it. This is a hotel with character and a bit out of the ordinary (in a good way), right on the beach. It's a beautiful building in the traditional Mani style, decorated with artistic flair. The room would be quite snug for two, but is perfect for one person. Lovely view over the sea and the mountains from the balcony. Comfortable bed, well-designed bathroom, good WiFi. Even though it's a tiny village, there are two tavernas right on he beach. The hotel is reached from the car park at the end of the road by driving along the beach (don't take the right turn before that as suggested by Google Maps). There's plenty of parking by the hotel. The owner is extremely helpful and welcoming.
Set in Pórto Káyio, just a few metres from the beach, Castello features air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. Each unit features a refrigerator, TV and a balcony.

Lovely big room in this tiny village close to the sea. Our host was very helpful with information and tips. She produced a delicious breakfast on our terrace in the sunshine.
Situated on the highest point of the seaside Kokkala village, 500 metres from the beach, the stone-built Castle Rizaraki follows the traditional architecture of the Mani area.

The setting was incredible. Very quiet and peaceful at night with spectacular views during the day.
The hosts were very welcoming and gave us plenty of advice for where to go on day trips, or where to look for a good meal in the evening.
The room was unique, charming and well appointed.
The breakfast was an absolute highlight. All made in house with very fresh ingredients, it’s worth staying here for that alone.
Featuring inner courtyard views, Porto Kale Guesthouse features accommodation with patio, around 200 metres from Porto Kayio Beach.
