Everything about our 5 day stay was wonderful. Both Sofia and Valentina were extremely lovely and kind and made everything possible for us to feel at home. The property is located in the middle of olive trees and garden is simply beautiful. From the balcony of the room, you have a magical view of both sea and mountains which we enjoyed so much. Everywhere was super clean and whenever we needed small things Sofia was extremely helpful. Last but definitely not least every morning we were delighted by Valentina’s breakfast and every day there was a different surprise full of super delicious handmade products. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

The breakfast here is truly exceptional. Instead of the usual buffet, they serve a beautifully arranged breakfast platter. Everything is homemade—even the honey comes from the owner’s garden. Even the tea was a pure delight—no boring tea bags here. The herbs were freshly picked before our eyes and blended just for us.

It was very easy to reach the place. We were late because of the border customs line but still the host waited to give us the keys. All rooms are overlooking the sea a bit, the housing has parking for 3 cars and very nice front yard decorated with numerous flower pots. Our room had a little kitchenette with all necessary stuff so it was really pleasant to drink coffee in the morning. Wi-Fi is excellent. all the shops are just 5 min walking.
The location was great, the hosts were friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, and every two days there was basic cleaning done and towels were changed, which was exactly what was needed for our comfort.
The room had a balcony with table and chairs and a nice view of a garden.
Parking was available and free.
Air conditioning was available and working.
Overall very good value for money.
The apartment is situated in the center of the nice village of Potamia, which is aprox. 2 km from the beach, very close to the mountain of Ipsario. Its on the second floor of a building, it has a nice view towards Golden Beach, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood during the night and shadowed parking a little up the hill. Stelios, the owner, is a very pleasant person and helps you with whatever questions you may have, left us beer and sweets and gave nice little presents on our departure.
The apartment was spacious, clean and beautiful. The parking is private in the backyard, which was convenient, and they also have a hose so you can wash your car after going to the Marble beach. The windows have nets so you can get cold air and no mosquitos during the night. Also the key collection and communication with the host was great even though her English wasn't that good, we understood each other :) Golden beach is 5 minutes away by car which is great and also has a lot of good restaurants.
