The apartment was big, comfortable and super clean. The owner Akis welcomed us personally and showed everything. Swimming pool was very clean. It is quite deep, so you can play with diving toys, but need to watch out for the kids. The view was fenomeous. In reality everything looked even better comparing to the photos. Akis was always ready to help in case of need. My kid broke the mosquito net (Akis, sorry again for this) and it was fixed immediately. There was a table tennis, so we were playing in the afternoons. There was a big grill, where we were preparing fresh sea food bought in the village Agioi Apostoloi nearby. There was a direct access to the almoust private beach via hidden path and magic gate ;) And the beach... Wow! You can play in the sand, you can play some beach ball games, you can play with the rock, you can do snorkling, you can swim on SUP or kayak to discover other small secret pirat's beaches, you can play on the waves, basically we were spending the most of the day on the beach. It is safe for the kids as the water is shallow. In 500m there is a very good sea food tavern, you can reach there on food. And in just few minutes driving you can reach to Agioi Apostoloi, where you will find few markets, bakary and nice restaurants. There is also a port, where you can watch the fishermans work. I have to mention that this place is not for small kids, like under 5 I would say. There is a lot of stairs without safety railings. To sum up, Dr Spyrou is an amazing place, with beautiful views and beach. You can really rest here. You won't find any crowds in here, because besides this apartment there is only one more stone house for the guests, so privacy is guaranteed.

Every year I spend my vacation in Mediterranean countries (Spain, Italy). The one I spend in Sun of A Beach House has been the best of all. Apartment : clean, huge, very comfortable (more than 100 m2) placed in most beautiful place I have ever been on a slope of the mountain (aprox. 40m above sea level), 3-5min walk from the beach. All the owner's pictures don't show real beauty of the place. Apartment is opitimal for 4-6 persons (2 rooms with separate beds and 1 room with double bed) but will be OK for more if one restroom is not a problem for you. Another asset is big living room with comfortable couches, panoramic windows, flat TV (with Netflix) and very cool terrace "hung" above the sea. Modern kitchen has everything you need (coffee machine, huge fridge, dishwasher, induction cooker etc.). You need a car to get there because there is no public transport (or I didnt find any because I had rented car) and visit surroundings. There is one good restaurant nearby and bar on the beach. For more food&drink options or shopping you have to drive 10 min to the nearby small town. The owner is nice and friendly, welcomed us with huge watermelon. I will come back there next year for sure.

Sofia was a very polite and kind host. Check in was easy and we were given good directions. There was an issue with the bathroom plumping of the flat and Sofia resolved it instantly also arranging for additional cleaning and other amenities to make us feel more comfortable. Bed is very comfortable. Pet friendly. Location is great.

We had the top floor 2 bedroomed apartment in a block of three which looked as though they were very new. There was enclosed ample parking for all three apartments. The setting was magnificent with amazing views over the coast. The hostess, as I have already mentioned, was very kind and left us lots of home-made/local provisions. She explained how things worked very carefully and was very keen to help in every way. The apartment itself was in its own setting with orange, lemon and lime trees. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the fridge freezer was enormous. The washing machine appeared to be brand new and worked well. Ample seating, which was easily moved to balconies. Superb beds, bedding and towels.

We had the opportunity to spend Easter with family and friends in Villa Lumiere. The rooms and the facilities are perfect for this kind of occasion. A fully functional barbeque area and a majestic view from the terrace. Everybody was so satisfied by the time we left. Mr Kostas, the owner, was kind and very helpful..We appreciate all his efforts to make our stay as comfortable as it gets. Looking forward to visiting this place again.
