Perfect villa for all kinds of vacation. We get all we need and even more!!! Full kitchen equipment, bbq, playstation, place for basketball, and more, more, more..... We were with our toddler, and he received a very comfortable crib and chair. Very, very clean. Look like on photo and even better. The owners of the villa are incredible people. On check-in, they meet you at the entrance, show you the villa, and treat you with local homemade drinks and goodies. In the middle of a vacation, after an incredible cleaning of the villa, they leave you a sweet present in the refrigerator. On check-out, they wish you a good journey and give presents again. During our stay, we asked them a lot of questions, and each received an answer and advice in a short time. Thank you very much. This is the place we will return to!

I had an incredible experience staying at Chnaris Villa with my family. Our group of 9 adults and 2 toddlers felt right at home in the spacious 5-bedroom villa, each with its own bathroom. The small but refreshing swimming pool, while a bit cozy for our group, still provided us with delightful moments. The small play area was a real hit with my toddlers, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. The villa's amenities were beyond expectations. The barbecue area, gym, and pool table added extra layers of enjoyment to our days. The living room was wonderfully roomy, and the presence of two dining tables ensured we could all dine together comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including plastic cutlery and plates that were perfect for the kids. One standout aspect was the owner's thoughtfulness. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find a thoughtful gesture of hospitality: a couple of bottles of water, yogurt for the kids, and an assortment of delicious cakes and fresh fruits. Providing a babycot and two baby chairs showcased their attention to our family's needs. The owner's availability to address any questions or concerns, and their prompt assistance when required, truly enhanced our experience. The villa's location was ideal, being only a 5-minute drive from a supermarket and restaurants. Speaking of restaurants, the recommendation for Opaka Restaurant was a gem. Delicious food at affordable prices, and the added convenience of delivery to the villa, made it even more memorable. For a change of scenery, the charming village of Panormos, just 15 minutes away, offered a beach and various dining and shopping options. Exploring further afield, we ventured to Heraklion and Chania during our stay. The 1 to 1.5-hour drives to these cities allowed us to discover even more of Crete's beauty and culture. All in all, Chnaris Villa provided us with an unforgettable vacation.

The apartment was large and bright. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Useful to have a washing machine. The host provided a very warm welcome and farewell.

Beautiful villa, really clean and ideal for large groups. Great outdoor space with a BBQ and pizza oven and the views were incredible. We also arrived to a welcome hamper full of lots of food. The staff were also phenomenal - thank you so much!

Our vacation at Villa Sevdas was wonderful. It was already our second stay in Perama in the beautiful place of Harris and his family. It is even nicer now, much of the house has been renovated and new things have been purchased. Harris and his family welcomed us very friendly with specialties from Crete. We really enjoyed our time on the terrace, in the garden, by the pool and BBQ. Great recommendation, we will be happy to come back!

Beautiful Clean property just as described and expected amazing hosts couldn’t do enough for you even took us shopping! We didn’t have car used local taxi firm just enjoyed being in Villa who would want to leave such a beautiful place everything there peaceful with goats bleeping in background. pizza oven and bbq great fun. Very well equipped didn’t need for anything welcome goodies basket nice touch. Cleaners come as often as you like and pool man daily. Nice rural setting old traditional town lots of supermarkets but you do need to travel to go out for meal however takeaways very good my teenager managed to set up app they can regularly on moped! Had an amazing time will definitely want to come back.
