Beautiful view of the sea. The area is great and quiet but still within walking distance of the busy promenade of Nikiti. The room was cleaned every day and was very modern. The bed was very comfortable and the internet was always great. Smart TV was also available. And the best thing were the owners. Very friendly people. We had nice conversations and there was also wine and sangria to toast with on arrival. Would come again and again.

Property was beautiful and immaculate. Room was the best we stayed in all 10 days. Kids were on 2nd floor with own TV. Beds were super comfortable. They did an amazing job down to every detail. 7 min walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Very nice and quant little beach town. Loved our stay here. Hated to leave

The Kseynasa Suite is an amazing place. We spend a perfect 10 days there. The room is nice, super clean (as was cleaned every day) and having all you need in order to have a trouble free vacation. The owner and staff was there every minute in order to make our stay nice and pleasant. The place is located in a quiet place in 8-10 min walk from the beach and 15-20 mins walk from the city center (touristic city center). There are almost no neighbor houses around and the place is surrounded by gardens with olive trees. As place is located not close to the beach it is peacefully quite there (this is my preference). If you are lazy :) or not in the mood for a sea you can stay at the pool with the crystal clear water, sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Room have small kitchen with fridge, stove, cookware, nespresso machine and kettle - so you can have you morning coffee or tea and cook in case you prefer homemade food. As supermarket just in 3 minutes walk from the property it is super easy and affordable. The WiFi is dual band (2.4Hz + 5Hz) with the fast internet access. And as TV in room is brand new, it is super easy to cast Youtube or other media from you phone directly to the TV. I am very thankful to Xenia and to all personal for this exceptional stay. And I am definitely will recommend this place to all my friends if they decide to travel to Nikiti.

Twins Yard was an exceptional stay for us. The host was so nice, she waited for us as we arrived late and met all our expectations trough out our stay and even went beyond. The apartment is decorated in a minimalist way although very modern which we enjoyed really much . The entrance is made by key card, huge tv, coffe machine, toaster, AC and all the appliances we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and after a day at the beach we've slept like babies. We very much appreciated the honey and olive oil which came from their internal production. Coffee capsules every day, cleaning was done every day. The whole courtyard looks really nice and the fact that you can see the sea from there makes it a wonderful experience. We also enjoyed the balcony where we had breakfast with a wonderful view of the sea. The property is close to the Nikiti Promenade, 3 min by car where you can find all the restaurants and bars but also close to the old city which you can explore.
