As a large family of 12 people including children we were incredibly impressed at the cleanliness (full clean every 2 days) and space at the apartments. The large apartment had enough space for all of us round the table in the evenings. We did have a problem at our arrival but it was very quickly resolved and accommodated for which we were very grateful for as it was my error that caused the problem. Being a large family we did take up half the land but communication was very good with any problems on both sides during our stay being resolved quickly. Dimitris (the owner) was very helpful as he was usually on site during the day with local information and where to sight see. We all felt very looked after and the venue is definitely family and children friendly. Dimitris and team were really friendly and accommodating. The BBQ area was in very good condition and spacious enough to fit everyone. The pool was perfect and a good size for everyone! The paddling area was very useful for the babies to join in too. The area was very remote and just off the motorway and so close to local towns (about 10 minute drive each direction). The land was very well looked after with beautiful olive trees and is completely private with a good security system and locked gates so no one could get in or out without a gate button (given per apartment on arrival) this was extra safe for the children. We also found the information booklets in our rooms about the property very interesting and we were really impressed and pleased with how eco-friendly and green conscious the property is as a whole.
We will forever remember our stay, and hopefully will visit again (8 Boutiques will be at the top of our list) Thank you so much Dimitris and all of his staff on site for being part of our holiday and making it so comfortable. Next time we will have to bring some of our home whiskey to you!

The garden view apartment was quite spacious , having one bedroom and a living room with some kitchen facilties. The terrace was also very big.

The place is sparkling clean. They provided us also with mosquito repellent in the room.

Very beautiful vacation spot. Immaculate cleanliness, modern design in the apartments and outside. It has everything you need to feel at home. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily. Free parking on site. Lots of greenery, olive trees, peace and quiet, complete relaxation. Clean pool also suitable for children. Pets are welcome. Special thanks to Katerina, the owner of the complex, for the warm welcome, we will certainly visit again!.
The villa is nice but needs improvements and much better facility management and maintenance. Nice sea view. Comfortable beds. Big garden and good parking lot.

Great hosts, fantastic location, very quiet and peaceful area, secure parking, both house & garden were in top condition, very well kept and very clean. The house is located close to multiple beach bars with very nice sandy beaches. 500 - 800 mtrs from the beach. All in all we were very happy!
The apartments are brand new, at least they are looking so. It's very clean, very modern furnished and equipped. The bed in the sleeping room is very comfortable, location very good, 4-5 min easy walk to the beach (nice part of the beach in Nea Potidea) in general just in 1 min walk you can get to the beach, but not so nice part. Restourans, supermarkets, etc, in very close surroundings. They have their own parking lots.
