Exceptional service began before we reached our suite. My husband and I were delayed by an entire day due to ferry service, and our accommodation was adjusted to fit our unexpected travel delay without any disruption to our reservation. We arrived before check-in and were met with the loveliest staff; they allowed us access to a hospitality suite to so we could freshen up before exploring the island. The morning breakfasts were amazing and kept us fueled for the entire day! We loved that the distances to all our day-trips was perfect. It was excellent walking distance to downtown and was extremely safe walking to and from no matter the time of day. Our suite itself was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in! We were even given reusable water bottles to use and it is a nice souvenir I took back home to Canada.

I can not describe to you how helpful and kind the staff are here. We had an issue with a rental car and she called the company stayed late and sorted it out for us. Gave us so many recommendations called friends for for us to get tables at restaurants we wanted. I can not recommend this place enough. The location is beautiful and super handy.
