It is an amazing hotel with eternal views of the sea located on the slope of Oitylos. The staff is excellent and very kind and helpful. True hospitality!! Our room was great with amazing views. Very spacious and traditional styles with comfortable bed and big balcony.
The pool is also great we're you can enjoy your meal, coffee, drink or even your breakfast every morning.
Although the breakfast was not so big it had many choices from fruits, sweets, cold cuts, cheese, vegetables and many other. Top of was the traditional Travichti a local pitta style bread. We had also our parking spot next to our suite which made it even more easy to move. Everything was excellent!!

Exceptionally clean and beautifully presented. As a family run business everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was very good within easy reach of restaurants… one to recommend was Faros.

Great location, with parking space which is a lifesaver in Limeni. Few meters from the sea and next to a great cocktails bar and a fish restaurant! Few minutes by car from Areopoli where you could visit by night to get a drink! Truly a great place to get some get some piece of mind and relax from the pressing city life and daily routine!
The location is ideal. You open the window and you are a breath away from the sea, so you don't have to move the car. Of course, there is parking right in front of the entrance. The house is spotlessly clean, fully equipped and brand new. The communication with the hostess was excellent from the beginning and throughout our stay. Kind and willing to help us with whatever we needed. It's one of those places you leave and want to come back to again and again and we're already looking for the next dates.
Fully equipped house for a couple or a family. Not more than a couple of minutes walk from all points of interest in Limeni. With private parking. We stayed here for the first time three months ago and immediately booked our recent stay. We plan to visit it very soon and intend to become regulars
Spiros at the reception was very kind, generous, and full with good tips where to go and when, dine, etc. The room was spacious with wonderful views of Limeni Bay. There was a well equipped kitchenette in the room. The bad was very comfortable. There was even a balcony where you can enjoy the breeze on a glass of wine. Parking was near the room very convenient for us.

The location was Amazing! parking port for 2 cars. Easy drive to stores and beaches the views was beautiful. The house has everything you need. It makes you feel like you are home peaceful and quiet. Communication was excellent!
It was an excellent location right in the middle of Limeni overlooking the sea. Limeni has a problem with car parking but this is not the hotels fault. The ROM was large and comfortable. WiFi was adequate. Breakfast was a typical continental type with excellent service from Georgia.
