The owner was very friendly and nice with us. The property was clean and during our stay, they also cleaned once and changed the bed sheets and the towels as well. The private beach is 3 min walking from the villa and it is very quiet and nice! Every room has mosquito nets and the bathrooms were clean as well. We were welcomed with bear in the fridge and some bisquits and chips, which for us was a very nice touch. The property is really great and deserves its price!

What we liked most is that the closest beach is Tristinika Beach which I would say it was one of the most nicest and quietest and cleanest from all others we visited. Do not understand me wrong, there are really nice and beautiful beaches, but most of them were crowded. This one was just what we needed, calm with very clean water all he time, the beach is very large and not crowded, except in weekends, but even then, there are still plenty of place and does not feel so crowded. There are a cliff and a nice bar with an amazing view. On one word, the beach itself is very nice and we liked it a lot. The outdoor space of the villa is pretty nice also with barbecue and place to relax. There is a small market next to the villa and the owner of the market (who also takes care of the villa) is am amazing guy and will help you whenever you need. The prices at his market are more than acceptable and most of the time you will find what you need. From here, within 15-20 minutes you will reach to many nice beaches and places and to a maximum of 40 minutes to the farthest places.

The house was actually a lot better than the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. It has a big terrace with amazing view to the sea (the beach is on 3-4 mins walk). Inside is very cozy, clean and comfortable. The area itself is green and picturesque. The owners were very nice and helpful. Everything was just perfect!

The place is amazing with spacious garden and birds singing, surrounded by nature and at the same time very close to the central road. The hostess is very kind and hospitable. The room was clean and very well equipped.

A clean, modern and almost new, smartly designed resort. All windows and doors with mosquito nets. Shaded parking and beautiful garden with chirping birds. Pleasant shaded terrace with comfortable dining table, chairs and lounge chairs. Lovely garden. Comfy double bed on the first floor, sofa beds at the basement. Super clean sheets and towels changed every three days without room service. Fully equipped room, kitchen with all amenities even oven, small blender, milk shaker and toast machine. Plenty of water bottles ready in the kitchen cupboard. Long, pretty and peaceful sandy beach a few steps away from the garden. We were almost by ourselves in June yet should not be crowded even in the high season. Free sunbeds under shade :) Crystal clear sea water which gets a little wavy midday. A few hundred meters of the road is dirt and bumpy. Extremely friendly host, always ready to help, working relentlessly to embellish his resort. Mihali invited us for dinner two times :) Toroni and Porto Koufo where you can find markets and good restaurants are a very short drive away. Ideal for a calm and peaceful (not to say heavenly) holiday. Will be back definitely.

We liked the setting, the greenery, the isolation. No noisy roads in the vicinity. The spacious rooms were very comfortable with their two balconies, large bathroom. Excellent WiFi all the time. Three TV sets in the loft. Private parking. Pleasant breakfast room. The breakfast is what you expect in Greece but with the full variety. Convenient taverna on the grounds, limited menu, but good fish and not very pricey. The bar plays discreet music. Two pools. Private beach with free sun 🏖️ and beds about three minutes away. Beach towels provided. Very accommodating staff.

Great place, a very good environment outside of all the crowdy Toroni and near cities. If you like a real vacation on peace and quiet place where you can sleep well we highly recommend this one. Great warm Greek hospitality from the owners will make you come here again :)
