We loved the location. The villa is close to lots of lovely beaches. Great restaurants nearby. The pool was perfect for our son and the house and garden is bigger than we expected. The property was very responsive when we had any questions. We also loved the sand toys that were available for our son to use at the beach and a washing machine came in handy during our week long stay.

It exceeded our expectations. The house is furnished with so much love and nothing is left to be desired. Top equipment and cleanliness. We really liked the quiet rural location. In addition, Kirsty and John are the dearest people and we felt welcome and comfortable immediately. Dankeschön!

The studio is located at a convenient location near Argostoli, and is at a good spot to explore the beautiful island of Kefalonia. The clean, spacious and modern room, which is fully equiped (the complementary wine, bottle of water and breakfast stuff were a nice touch), is overlooking a small forest and is perfect to relax after a long day on the road or at one of the many beaches. Alexandros, the owner, and his father were very friendly and always willing to help. We also loved the dog and cats which were around the place (the black cat was particularly friendly with us and loved being petted!). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Alexander studio and would love to return there again some day. The place is highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit Kefalonia and is looking for a convenient and quiet place to stay.

The size of the Villa was excellent. The main bedroom was large and had a great pull out bed, which was perfect for our 5 year old granddaughter. The views from the bedroom balcony was amazing, with a great view of the sea and a lovely view of the mountains. There was a 300 degree view from this balcony. Also one of the bedrooms was on the lower ground floor and this had a separate suite of rooms and its own outdoor terrace, great for early morning sun. This was also good to provide some quiet when some of the family wanted to stay up for late nights, as on a few occasions we could then go to bed and not hear a sound. The management team, fronted by Clio for us, were very responsive and even booked us a taxi to go to the airport when the vehicle we hired (not through them) developed a puncture as we left to drop one of our family back to the airport for an early return. Without this we would have missed the flight.

My family visited Kefalonia in August 2022. Our stay in Joleni's cottage in Keramies was simply ideal. This is a very quiet place with a cozy and spacious house and garden. The house was clean and very well equipped with everything necessary for living. We liked the location, because the access to the most beautiful beaches was easy and fast. Heike and her husband were welcoming and friendly, they were always happy to help us if needed. I strongly recommend visiting this place and I look forward to coming back.

The apartment has a very good location, being very close to Argostoli in 10 minutes. You can easily move around the whole island. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, with a large terrace, modern furniture, kitchen equipped with everything you need. The internet is fast very good. There is a parking space. For entertainment there is also a very friendly dog Fiori and 3 cats:)) Alexander and his family are very communicative, really helpful, available at any time to help with information about the island, beaches. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends!
