this house is stylish, gorgeous position, gorgeous view, and you can see from all the details that the owner, an experienced international gentleman, built it for himself. it is as refined as a 5* resort home, perfectly clean, perfectly functional. the owner who lives nearby when he doesn't use it for himself, is the most caring host you can expect, he knows every angle of Crete, and he really goes the extra mile for you. Beginning of Sep-2022, we stayed 9 days in the spotlessly clean larger apartment. The place fits the description. I am adding the quietness (cul-de-sac road), the stupendous view to the West up to Agios Nikolaos across Mirabello Bay, the large and very clean pool, the sunsets etc. The quiet and respectful hosts living upstairs were always helpful in all matters, questions and even provided ample and diverse food for our late arrival Saturday evening. The place is ideally located for a quiet restful stay close to a local sandy / pebble beach, never crowded. You will search in vain for touristy bars and animations. The villa is reachable by rental car and we explored the magnificent Northeast coast and its mountainous plateau and the Southeast coast. We did not go West to minimize driving. All in all, we can definitely recommend the place.

A delightful and well-maintained garden with a comfortable seating area and a swimming pool. There are a lot of churches in this location, of different ages. There are interesting hiking trails
