The staff is super friendly and helpful, they gave us the best tips for restaurants, what to see and they also help us with the car rental. They have a Café next to it where you can take breakfast wich is very good and Big (you can select what you want the day before filling a form). The room was big and clean.

Great location close to city centre. They have storage room for luggage, we had to use it both before check in and after we checked out, stuff very friendly. We got quiet room with windows facing between houses but was perfect to sleep with open window for fresh air. All new and clean. Parking just next to the hotel, for 2 eur we could park the car for 20 min to bring bags to the hotel. Easy to walk to ferry harbour. Recommend for short stopover

It was amazing. Unbeatable value, clean, extremely comfortable and with all the necessities you’d need and more! The well-stocked kitchen, fridge and everything surprised us. We are a family of four adults and the apartment was a great size for us. The location was perfect, in the heart of town, and there’s a beautiful view of the sea from the living room and the balcony. The apartment looked just as pretty as its pictures. And we cannot thank the host - Nikolas - enough for his great hospitality — he was always contactable, responsive, passionate about his city (full of recommendations!) and he personally came down within minutes to help us out when we were confused. We had the best food in Crete within walking distance of the apartment thanks to him. We all wish we stayed in Heraklio longer, and I’m sure the apartment had a big part to play in it.
