The place is amazing, new and equipped with everything you need for a perfect staying. Impressed by the huge garden with sun beds, outside table where you can enjoy some good wine in a quiet area. The flat exceeded our expectations, we even could do laundry, which is super handful in a 7 days vacation. Close to the beautiful rocky coast, ideal if you want to visit the area. Could not asked for more! Thanks a lot Varvara, defo will recommend and hopefully come back one day.

We loved the pool area and the surrounding green hills and distant sea view. It was beautiful any time of day. The kids loved checking in on the vegetable garden every morning and there was a spacious courtyard at the back of the house where the bbq area is. The rooms are all spacious with very good quality linen and towels and electric blinds and a/c. There is also plenty to explore within a 20-30mins drive of the villa whether on the west of the island or east. Nikos was always available by whatsapp to help with any questions. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The villa is very clean and relaxing with modern and homely touches making it the perfect place to spend the whole day or to return to after a day at the beach/exploring. Cute little house in good location, very nicely decorated, everything is near with a car. You basically have a small yard with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, outdoor sitting and shower with toilet. Good wifi. Awesome host - will help you with anything you may need, recommends a lot places to see and experience! We had a great stay.

In one word, Everything! In many words, from booking the villa to getting the pre checkin info and having our questions answered by our host Maria. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in the View Villa. The location is quiet, it's set in a quite village away from the tourist crowds, but well located to easily drive to both the West and East coasts of Zakynthos and some great spots. The Villa is new has all the facilities you need for a self contained break. The pool is beautiful, spotless clean and the views each sunset are spectacular and peaceful. Early in the morning you're treated to an aerial display by swallows, and in the moonlight you can see bat's doing their nocturnal turns. The Village 'Maries' has two tavernas and a mini market for basic provisions with local products (and cold Mythos:) We ate and drank on three occasions at the 'Old Olive Tree' which we also highly recommend. Vassiliki the owner is a true example of another genuine welcoming and kind person, her food was delicious, fresh and very reasonably priced. Maria the owner of the View Villa is by far and a way the most welcoming and overly kind host that we have ever had the pleasure of staying with! She met us at check-in gave us a full briefing and provided some recommendations for trips and tavernas and was on hand locally but not intrusive but checked whether we were ok via WhatsApp to inform us of cleaning days and the pool cleans etc. Thank you Maria and Spiros you made a long awaited and needed holiday and break for us so so relaxing and enjoyable. We would love to come back again next year :)

Ioanna Chateau is the ideal chill out holiday accommodation situated in the quiet town of Maries. Extremely private with all the home comforts. Our host Kyriaki was a wonderful and genuine lady who made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. If you have a bucket list then Ioanna Chateau should be on it.
