Wonderful location beside the sea, very quiet. An excellent place for a good rest. We stayed here for a week. A very nice sandy beach with a good restaurant can be found at 150 m from Elea Mare. The view towards the sunset is very beautiful across the Gulf of Laconia. The breakfast is served from 8:00 to 12:00, late enough for people who don't like to wake up before ten. At breakfast you can eat orange marmalade, fig marmalade, orange cookies, chocolate cookies, and various pies made by the owners with local ingredients. The owners and the personnel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are squeaky clean. Fast access by car to other places in Laconia: Monemvasia, Elafonisos, Neapoli, Gytheio.

This apartment was fantastic. I am always skeptical of new places, but trust me when I say to book here. It is extremely minimal ( which i LOVE ) yet with EVERYTHING you need for your time there which is perfect . There is a huge outdoor space with views of the olive groves . You have great hot water and water pressure , washing machine, AC, wifi that works, smart TV, massive comfortable kitchen to cook, plenty of space for storage, etc etc. There is parking right infront of the apartment. Everything is new and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well thought out. The area has so many beautiful places to see within 10-1 hour away. Again I highly recommend. I could have easily spent longer time here. I wish all places in Greece were this nice ;)

Good location, into a quiet and peaceful village, ideal for exploring the whole Laconian coastline. 4. Very close to the beach, shops and dining facilities, with an excelent seaside view. 5. The apartment is located in Elaia Lakonias at a very nice spot, close to Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Gytheio which can be reached in about half an hour by car. The whole building is located just in front of sea. We were given the 1st floor apartment, which is quite new and modern and which has a nice terrace from where sea view is excellent. Owners were leaving at the next apartment and were quite polite and ready to assist with anything needed.

Beautifully kept property with hosts at your every disposal! Right by city center where action takes place. Room was exceptionally decorated, spacious, VERY clean. Fridge stocked with water, juice, and milk for your morning coffee. Coffee pot with dried toasts with honey and butter accompaniments. Well thought out!! Even have parking!!!
