The great communication, the cleanliness of the rooms, the refurbishments, the new appliances, the small details like having washing machine liquids, first aid kit, shampoo, etc., the comfy bed, the spacious living room with sofas, the supermarket and fast foods next to the room, made our family stay very pleasant and we felt like home.
