We loved the place, but I have to say, it wasnt love from first sight. My first impression was, the furniture is old. But in the end of the stay I thought - this doesnt matter, because everything else well compensated for it. First, the room is big, around 30 sq m, without counting the balcony, which is another 10 sq. m. With 2 year old twins, this is very important. The balcony is safe, you can leave the kids go in and out of the room and play on the balcony. While the kids were sleeping in the afternoon, we were relaxing on the balcony, looking at the sea, on the most comfortable balcony chairs. Also in the evenings, we stayed outside until late at night. The garden is large, grass - perfect, kids can run and play and the playground is also safe. Plus, there is a young lady responsible for animation, and she will stay there, so thats additional security. There are plenty of chairs around the pool and on the beach, so the usual annoying "competition" for charis is simply not existing. It is very quiet, because the hotel is situated in such a way, that the pools are on one end and the houses - on the other end. There is a street separating the hotel from the beach, but hardly any car would pass. So it is quiet during the day and at night! The restaurant, at first it seems there are few things for breakfast, but then we realized that they were all selected with special care and very good actually. The beach - wonderful, with tree shades, grass, plenty of chairs. There are stones in the beginning of the sea, but there is also a small sandy strand where you can walk in without problem and it is shallow and warm and the kids were bathing with pleaure. In the end of the stay we concluded, we love it!

The house is in a very nice location, near the village center (1 min walking distance). The parking lot is in front of the house (in the yard), and your car will not be on the street which is narrow. Everything in the house is new. Beds are very comfortable, with lots of pillows. The kitchen is fantastic, everything that you need is there, coffee machine, juicer, tost maker, huge fridge with freezer, owen. There is a brand new portable grill outside. The air condition is sufficient for the house (1 huge inverter unit above the entry door) Cleaning is done every 3rd day, you will receive new clean towels and bed linens. Outside, there is a huge terrace with lots of space for dining. The host was very kind and we really enjoyed our stay. The village is live, but not crowded. There are few taverns, and every friday there is live music, so it is very fun.

We enjoyed the garden with a lot of space and outdoor area where you can grill. The beach behind the house had the most sea life I have ever seen, including sea urchin so make sure you're prepared. Our two small kids preferred Trani Ammouda beach which is also nearby and is great for kids. Ioannis was an awesome host and gave us tips for other beaches (Fava was my favorite) and places where to enjoy exceptional food. Highly recommended.
