The apartment was big and spacious. Furniture was old and really stylish, also decorations and even tableware! It was comfortable to stay there, everything was well prepared and clean. We only stayed one night, but it was an unforgettably beautiful night. We were so warmly welcomed by the lady of the house (Evangelia, Ευαγγελία?) with apples, sultanas and raki as you only know it from Greece. Although with only a rudimentary knowledge of Greek, we had so much fun with her and also bought some home-woven rugs. The room is quiet and comfortable and has a priceless view from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

This place is beautiful, magical and feels like staying at Grandma's house! The room, with high wooden ceilings, is decorated intricately with beautiful weavings and embroidery wall hanging and pillows that were made by the owner, Poppi, as well as many fun antiques. Poppi's shop is downstairs where she sells some of her art. She is very warm and friendly, and if you speak English and not much Greek, her son speaks fluid English and is very helpful and easy to message. The location is so convenient, close to the town square and the bus, but also enough removed from the town square so that if you don't want to join in with all of the evening Cretan festivities you can get some quiet and good rest. Very clean, comfy bed, and the fan keeps it cool. Also, nice lighting options. Beautiful grape vine covered balcony and sunsets! It was hard to leave!

Absoluty worth it for the money (66 euro per night) They accepted without any hesitation our dog as well. They provided us with everthing we might need for a comfy staying
