Words are not enough to describe this place, but I’ll give it a try!! We definitely recommend to stay here as long as you can, it was so hard for us to leave and we regretted not being able to stay more than 4 nights here! We had everything we could ever need, the house was perfect, very clean and well equipped with everything we may ever need. At our arrival, every little detail was taken care of and the owner, George, went out of his way to accommodate us and have an amazing holiday. He was at our disposal 24/7, literally. He waited for us with fresh fruit, cold water, wine, and rakia, a really pleasure in a sunny day. We even got the opportunity to meet his very welcoming family at our departure (Thanks again, George, for letting us feel like we were part of your family!). The pool was the main point of attraction for us, very clean, perfect size and about 1.5 meters deep with a corner suitable for kids also and an outdoor shower. We were two couples, so the 4 wood sun beds were a perfect match for us. In the night the pool is perfectly illuminated, as in the photos, that gave a nice feeling after the sun went down. The outdoor space was excellent, there were plenty of lovely spaces where you could have your breakfast or dinner, as on the main terrace there is a huge table suitable for at least 6 persons and about 3 other small tables for snacks at the pool or to enjoy a breakfast with sea view. There is a barbecue also for which George provided us with all the necessary (we bought meat from a Synka supermarket in Platanos, a 15 minutes drive on our way to Phalasarna beach). The wifi was very strong indoor and outdoor (about 50 Mbs) so I think it would have been a good place also for work from home. Every room had its own TV with Netflix (although we did not used it, as we were too busy with the pool and lovely beaches around the place, but I think it would be great for kids though).

Beautiful area,boss is very kind ❤️ ✨️, quiet place .Bathroom was with very bad condition not safe broken pipe from toilet all water after splash going for wall and floor (very big holl)and curtain with plastic handles from wall from shower was going out . Another condition with good standard : small fridge,extra views for sea it was beautiful views,car park safe outside, bar open till late night, boss very friendly. Good for children's nearest beautiful beaches.

The Palm House is very nice, I enjoyed some very relaxing days in Sfinari. It's a village, close to the sea and a wonderful view into the sunset. I had hot and colder days, but thats's no problem with the air condition in every room, that can also be used for heating. The TV is quite large. There a good Tavernas in the area and a Mini Market. Wonderful beaches as Falasarna and Elafonisi are in reach (of course you need a car). Antonis is a exceptionell host, that will help you in different situations. He answers messages in almost lightspeed ;)

There is a large outdoor pool and yard with green grass, perfect for outdoor play on the days when the sea is too rough for going to the beach. Inside is superbly furnished for relaxing, and the kitchen is well equipped if you choose to cook for yourselves. There are a few restaurants a short walk away for when you want to eat out.
