Very nice and newly renovated studio, it was spotlessly clean. There is a parking available, if you arrive by car. I arrived by bike and I felt safe about it the whole time, as there are multiple cameras in the area and also you can leave it in the backyard which is not visible from the main road.
The studio is close to the center. The communication with the host was excellent.
There were two bottles of water in the fridge, compliment from the host.
This was one of the least expensive accommodations for solo travelers in the area during off season. Not sure if the prices during normal/high season are competitive
